Hi! I'm the Founder of JMW Collective, and a self-proclaimed Leadership Stylist. After two decades in the insurance and banking industries walking in your (very stylish, I'm sure) shoes, I launched my leadership consulting practice.

Through my work, I develop leaders who stand confidently in their values, celebrate their unique experiences, and inspire others with their (mostly) unstoppable energy.

When I'm not leadership styling, you'll find me with family and friends. Community is important! I also love reading, walking my Goldendoodle, and styling (can't help myself) women in beautiful cabi clothes.

Article of the Month

If “authenticity” was the word of the year in 2023, then “psychological safety” is well on its way to becoming the word(s) of 2026. Psychological safety is the shared belief that people can take interpersonal risks (speak up, question, and admit mistakes) without fear of embarrassment or punishment. It’s popping up everywhere these days, and I’m here for it.
